Drs. Chicoine and Dominiak named Top Doctors by Castle Connolly
Congratulations to Brian Chicoine, MD, and Erin Dominiak, MD, who were named Top Doctors for Family Medicine by Castle Connolly! Top Doctors represent the top 7% of doctors in the United States based on an annual nomination and selection process undertaken by Castle Connolly.
Dr. Chicoine has served as the Medical Director of the Adult Down Syndrome Center since it opened in 1992. Dr. Dominiak has been a physician at the Center since 2007. Both Dr. Chicoine and Dr. Dominiak graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and completed their Family Medicine residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, where they are now on the faculty.
Dr. Chicoine and Dr. Dominiak have provided medical care for thousands of adolescents and adults with Down syndrome. We are grateful for their dedication and the excellent care they provide their patients.
Dr. Chicoine has transitioned to working full time on research and education projects to increase our knowledge of the unique health needs of individuals with Down syndrome and improve their medical care. He continues to serve as Medical Director of the Adult Down Syndrome Center and enjoys saying hello to patients when they come for appointments with the other wonderful physicians at the clinic!
