Art Group
Facilitated by an art therapist, this group involves exploring a variety of art forms including painting, sculpture, mixed media, and more. The group is offered several times throughout the year.

Games Group
Facilitated by our occupational therapist and licensed clinical social worker, this group encourages social engagement while playing board and card games such as Bingo, UNO, Left Right Center, and more.

Music Group
This virtual group is facilitated by a music therapist and a member of the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra. Before each class, participants complete simple projects based on a theme. The facilitators encourage the participants to use the projects as they engage with music related to the theme.

Social Skills Group
A variety of social skills groups are offered throughout the year for people 12 and older. Topics include conversation skills, dating and relationships, coping with stress, healthy living, and more. These groups are held in-person and virtually.

Summer Wellness Group
The Adult Down Syndrome Center offers in-person programming during the summer to encourage individuals with Down syndrome to promote their health and wellness. Activities include making healthy snacks, being active, crafting, socializing, and more.
