Complete guidelines for mental health professionals working with adults with ID (58 pages).
Worksheet that individuals can fill out before and after an appointment to prepare for, review, and practice therapy skills. Also includes links to videos on box breathing, grounding techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, and more.
