Biography
Dr. Verma completed her residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and earned a master’s degree in Global Public Health from Brown University, where she completed a Global Health Faculty Development Fellowship. She is Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine.
Her interests include community-based research and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Hobbies and Interests:
Gardening, pottery, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact:
During her medical training, she participated in global health experiences in South Africa, Haiti, and India.
