Biography
Before joining the Center, Dr. Graham practiced general family medicine and now serves as a faculty member in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
She is also Assistant Education Director of Family Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University Chicago Medical School.
As both a physician and a parent of a child with Down syndrome, Dr. Graham is deeply committed to serving individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
Hobbies and Interests:
Hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
