Biography
Dr. Dominiak joined the team after completing her residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
In addition to her work at the Center, she serves on the faculty of Family Medicine and as Medical Director of the Park Ridge Healthcare Center, which primarily serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Dominiak is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care to every patient.
Hobbies and Interests:
Playing with her cat, reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
