What I Can Share on Social Media
Questions to ask myself before I share…
- Why do I want to share this?
- Have I already shared something today?
- Will people want to see my post?
When sharing on social media, I should…
- Use kind words.
- Keep my posts and videos short.
- Only include public behaviors, not private.
- Only share information that is not embarrassing for me and others. I should not share something if I would be embarrassed if my parents, teachers, or boss saw my post.
- Check my spelling.
- Make sure everyone is wearing all their clothes. Clothes should fit properly.
- Make sure I do not share personal information.
- Make sure I have permission to share the post from each person in it.
