Meet the Team: Hannah Graham, MD

We were thrilled to welcome Dr. Hannah Graham to the team at the Adult Down Syndrome Center in September 2021. Dr. Graham was introduced to our Center during her residency at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. After graduating from residency, she practiced general family medicine in the Chicago area for several years. During that time, Dr. Graham and her husband had a baby girl with Down syndrome.

When a position at the Center became available this summer, she returned to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital as a faculty member of the family medicine residency program and a physician at the Adult Down Syndrome Center. She has been a wonderful addition to the team! Dr. Graham was interviewed recently for a blog post for the Advocate Charitable Foundation. We have also shared some quick facts about her below.

• Medical School: Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine
• Residency: Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Family Medicine

• Originally from Denver (Go Broncos!)
• Enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, including her young daughter with Down syndrome
• Also enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking
