Meet a Chicago Cubs player!
Advocate Health and the Chicago Cubs have teamed up to offer 15 individuals with Down syndrome the opportunity to attend a meet and greet with a Chicago Cubs player! Participants will be able to get autographs and take photos with the player. The visit will take place at 10:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, July 21, at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. Each participant will be invited to bring 1 adult guest.
Space is limited! Fill out the interest form linked below by Sunday, July 12. Participants will be selected randomly and contacted via email after the selection.
Which Chicago Cubs player will attend the event?
The Chicago Cubs have not announced which player will attend the event yet. We will share the name of the player with attendees as the event gets closer.
