Promote your health this summer!
Individuals with Down syndrome ages 12 and older are invited to participate in our 5-week Summer Wellness Group at the Adult Down Syndrome Center. Activities will include going for walks and doing physical activities, making healthy snacks, crafting, socializing, and more.
Dates: Mondays, June 15 to July 20 (no group on July 6)
Time: 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. CDT
Space is limited! Submit an interest form by Sunday, May 17. Submitting an interest form does not guarantee a spot in the group. We will email participants after the interest form closes.
