DESCRIPTION:Promote your health this summer!\n\n\n\nIndividuals with Down syndrome ages 12 and older are invited to participate in our 5-week Summer Wellness Group at the Adult Down Syndrome Center. Activities will include going for walks and doing physical activities\, making healthy snacks\, crafting\, socializing\, and more. \n\n\n\nDates: Mondays\, June 15 to July 20 (no group on July 6)\n\n\n\nTime: 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. CDT\n\n\n\nSpace is limited! Submit an interest form by Sunday\, May 17. Submitting an interest form does not guarantee a spot in the group. We will email participants after the interest form closes.
